We are a professional medical equipment manufacturer with our own production facility and R&D team. We also provide OEM and export services.
2. Which countries do you export to?
We export to over 50 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
3. What are your main products?
Our product range includes medical sterilizers, disinfection equipment, dental chairs, hospital furniture, ultrasonic cleaners, and sealing machines.
4. What certifications do you have?
We have CE, ISO 13485, and can provide FDA registration and other documents as needed.
5. Do you support OEM or customization?
Yes, we offer OEM services including logo printing, interface customization, and tailored packaging.
6. What are your payment terms?
30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. L/C and PayPal accepted for certain orders.
7. How do you ensure product quality?
Strict quality control with multiple inspections and performance testing before shipment.
8. Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, including manuals, online support, spare parts, and warranty service.
9. What is your lead time?
Normally 15–30 working days depending on the order.
