The SD-CPS Hydrogen Peroxide Low-Temperature Plasma Sterilizer by Sada Medical is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly sterilization solution for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical device manufacturers. Utilizing hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) plasma in a low-temperature environment, it safely sterilizes heat-sensitive medical instruments without corrosion or residue.
This sterilizer is suitable for multiple capacities—100L, 120L, 160L, 180L, 200L, 300L, and 400L—meeting both small-scale and high-volume sterilization requirements. Rapid sterilization is achieved in 25 minutes, standard cycles take 35 minutes, and enhanced cycles up to 55 minutes.
Equipped with a 7-inch high-resolution color touch screen, sterilization parameters are clearly displayed, with full cycle records via USB and built-in micro printer. The 304 stainless steel chamber, robust vacuum system, and RF plasma source ensure consistent, reliable sterilization.
