FEATURES:
Batch Control Helix Test is suitable for every sterilization process in a loaded autoclave. It can also be used to ensure maximum steam penetration where hollow instruments, or instruments with small lumina, are concerned.

*Operation conditions: 134 C/2 min, 121 C/10 min
FAILURE CONDITIONS:
*Sterilization temperature too low, sterilization holding time too short.
*In sufficient vacuum in depth and in number of vacuum pulses, insufficient air removal, insufficient steam penetration, leakage of piping/valves/door seals.
*Detection of presence of small volume inert gases in steam supply, detection of excessive amounts of condensate
