Kyrgyzstan Hospital Project: 6 VA-SD Vertical Steam Autoclaves

SADA Medical has completed production of six VA-SD Automatic Vertical Steam Autoclaves for a hospital in Kyrgyzstan. The order includes five 75L units and one 100L unit, providing two chamber capacity options for the hospital's sterilization requirements.

All six machines have completed production and are currently being prepared for shipment.

Project Overview

The hospital selected the VA-SD series for its routine steam sterilization needs. The order combines two chamber sizes to accommodate different daily processing requirements.

Six VA-SD Autoclaves in Two Capacities

The order consists of five VA-SD75 units with 75L chambers and one VA-SD100 unit with a 100L chamber. Both models belong to the VA-SD automatic vertical steam sterilizer series.

With chamber capacities ranging from 35L to 100L, the VA-SD series gives hospitals, clinics, and laboratories flexibility when selecting equipment for their available space and daily sterilization workload.

All six machines use the standard VA-SD configuration, without additional customization.

Key Features of the VA-SD Series

The VA-SD is an automatic vertical steam sterilizer designed for routine processing of suitable solid, unwrapped, non-porous instruments and laboratory items.

Automatic Sterilization Control

The microprocessor-controlled system manages the sterilization cycle, including air purging, heating, sterilization, and steam exhaust. Temperature and sterilization time can be adjusted according to the selected program and load requirements.

Digital Display and Easy Operation

The digital control panel displays operating temperature and working status, helping staff monitor the sterilization process during daily operation.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

The chamber, door, and outer panels are made of 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and durability for regular use in healthcare environments.

Multiple Safety Protection Systems

The VA-SD includes several safety functions, such as a door safety interlock, over-temperature protection, over-pressure protection, anti-dry heating protection, and an automatic safety release valve. If the water level drops too low, the machine automatically cuts power and triggers an alarm.

Optional Drying Function

A drying module is available as an optional configuration for facilities that require a drying function after sterilization. This option needs to be confirmed when placing the order.

Production Completed, Preparing for Shipment

Production of all six VA-SD autoclaves has been completed at SADA Medical's facility. The equipment is now undergoing shipment preparation before dispatch to the hospital in Kyrgyzstan.

This project demonstrates our ability to supply multiple units in different chamber capacities while maintaining a consistent standard product configuration.
