VA-FDF back-pressure cooking kettle is a small and medium-sized microcomputer program-controlled back-pressure cooking equipment. The sterilizer uses electric heating to directly inject water into the sterilization chamber for heating to generate high-pressure steam required for sterilization. Sterilize the sterilized items. After sterilization, use external compressed air and water pressure to quickly cool down for 3 minutes. The items in the cylinder can drop to 30~40℃. The sterilizer is equipped with program control and can perform two operations: boiling sterilization and rapid cooling pressure sterilization. Boiling range is set at ≤100℃.
The rapid cooling pressure sterilization range temperature is pre-selected from 101°C to 134°C; it is also equipped with heater overload protection and sterilization end buzzer alarm function.
