-There are four chambers, two combustors for friendly environment in waste incinerator. There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after be burning.

it was devided into :
1.primary combustion chamber
It is Primary pyrolysis gasifying, Organic matters in the waste would be decomposed into combustible gas in pyrolysis gasifying method.
2.second combustion chamber
The temperature of secondary combustion chamber should be controlled above 850℃, and the residency time more than 2s.
3.mixture of combustion chamber 
Turbulent combustion would remove black smoke and peculiar smell thoroughly. Dioxin and other toxic and harmful objects would be inhibited to produce from the source.
4. smoke purification chamber
There is an gas absorbtion chamber, it can absorb the gas again.
5.chimney
it can cool down the tempreture of gas

Incineration material:
1, Industrial waste(polymer waste):PE,PU,rubber (tire),styrofoam, PET bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, resin, PMMA, leather, laminated board, bakelite, urea powdering,           scouring pad, tape, painting, organics etc.
2, Medical waste: syringe, glove, bandage, gauze and infusion set
3, Ordinary waste: paper board, sawdust, foliage etc.
4, Special waste: waste oil, solution, sludge, iron painting, sieve residue

2. Burning capacity:10-400kg/time ( daily burn 3-6times,each time consume about 1 hour )

9.Flue gas treatment manner: Gasification combustion chamber(first combustion chamber) + blower + mixed combustion chamber+high temperature secondary combustion chamber + flue gas purification room (calcium hydroxide filter brick) +exhaust fan + independent chimney
10. Burning temperature: First combustion chamber: 600-800ºC Secondary combusition chamber:1500ºC Flue gas residence time≥2s Combustion efficiency: ≥99.99%.
safety index
1.Incinerator burner equipped with safety protection devices, when burner start is not normal, safety protection device automatically cut off oil supplies.
2. (normal stop furnace and safety program stop furnace ),before incinerator stop operating it has a combustion chamber cooling process, temperature dropsto set value,cooling process finish, incinerator stops working.
3.After technical department verify this equipment factory, the oil and gas path,installation is very strong, and through the pressure test, no leakage phenomenon
